The Princess Louisa International Society has issued a Boater Advisory for the new dock at the head of PLI. There are two submerged anchoring cables on the east side (starboard coming in from Malibu Rapids) of the new dock. These cables are 2-3 ft underwater at high tide and can be exposed or at the waters surface at lower tides.
