Hello All!
We own a 2012 R-29 Classic which we're preparing to Loop on. The boat has been out of the water--on the trailer and on the hard for repairs--for the past 6 months.
The prior owner put bottom paint and anodes on about a year before we purchased the boat (2024). We will definitely be putting aluminum anodes on (starting the loop from AL in fresh water and heading South), but I wanted to know if we should put a fresh coat of bottom paint on her? Also, please give me recommendations on the "right" bottom paint to use.
