Hi there, I'm new here and just purchased my 21EC. Great Boat. One thing I noticed is when using the bow thruster for docking, the moment I tip on it the radio shuts off and sometimes the GPS. Looks like major voltage drop. Is that normal? Does it draw from the house battery?
Just anchoring at the moment and my fridge shut off sometime this night although we barely used anything last night other than anchor light on. I think the battery might be getting old and it might be related!? Any idea?

Cheers and thanks

Draws from the house battery, sounds like you need to replace house battery. When I dock my boat I try not to use the thruster (only when needed to keep from hitting something) after awhile you will find that due to the sized of the rudder and prop walk you can put a r-21 in a tight space without using the thruster and can rotate boat on its axis by using fwd and reverse and prop walk. I also use wind to my advantage when I can. Good luck Bob

Agree with Bob.
