So in a stiff wind while docking we had a line drop into the water and get sucked into the bow thruster. I have not removed the rope pulled out yet but will do that tomorrow. The motor spins so I am assuming I need a new shear pin.

I have a couple of questions

I believe (assume) the manufacturer is Imtra, does anyone know the Model Number?
I assume the access is under the V-berth bed?
Is there only one shear pin or is there a second shear pin on the blade?
Has anyone else replaced the shear pin in the bow thruster, any tips would be appreciated.

Access is under the v-berth. I'm unsure if you need the special Allen key tool as you do for the stern one.

I've only replaced the pin on the rear, and I'm only aware of a single shear pin. For the prop there might be a cotter pin to keep it attached, but it should be completely serviceable from the inside.

However, a rope might be stiff enough to have broken blades before the shear pin failed. I'm unsure how to check for that beyond going for a dive or just fixing it and seeing if it still has as much thrust.
