will a Accu Power Pod controller work on a Hydrostar brake system. I am buying a trailer with the Hydrostar and have a Accu Power Pod which I used several years ago on a trailer with electric drum brakes

I'll assume you're getting an EZLoader Trailer. If this is the case I've found the folks at EZLoader to be very helpful answering questions like this. Sometimes with Hydra Star electric over Hydraulic brakes a control Adapter module A-CAM for short. The module is sometimes required for the controller to let it deal better with controlling hydraulic brakes rather than straight electric brakes. See link https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-an ...
