The only AGM batteries (deep cycle) that I've seen the factory use are the Universal, UB121100 (Universal Battery), UPG. They use this for the house bank and the thruster battery.
The engine starting battery is also AGM, but is a starting battery with 950 CCA. (Centennial Commercial Heavy Duty Battery, C-31-9ST).
Expected life is dependent on usage and care. I know of folks who've gotten 5 years out of the UB121100's. I got about 90 days.
I'd say average is about 3 years.

There may have been a bad batch of those UB121100 batteries in 2020. We took delivery a few weeks after you did and our house batteries died after about three months, as well. I just completed a major electrical overhaul on our boat and the UB121100 thruster battery was still working when I took it out, though I haven't run a load test on it to check it's capacity. Those batteries actually have "Replace After 3-5 Years" printed on the case.
The Centennial C31-9ST on our boat was a so-called "maintenance-free" flooded lead-acid, not AGM.
If you want to stick with AGMs, I've been really happy with Odyssey Extreme TPPL AGMs. I used them for house batteries for a few years and they now handle the thruster and start duties. Other owners on this site have said that the same battery is rebranded at BatteriesPlus under the X2Power label.

My AGMs are the brands above. 4 years in and so far still passing load and capacity tests with acceptable results. But, I'm not expecting much past 5 years. The solar keeps the starter and thruster topped off so they can last longer. The house depends on depth of discharge, and current draw. We have a Genny, so the house don't get hit too hard.

We bought in 2018 R23 and still have original batteries. I figured by now would need to replace them but so far so good. After approx 30 days not plugged with a boat cover over the boat I’m getting 12.3 and 12.5 volts. When the boat is at the house with a boat cover on the boat I plug in and charge the batteries for a week then unplug for 30 days. When the boat is in the water for 6-7 months out of the year I tun everything off in the boat. The solar panel does a good job charging the batteries during boating season.
