Breaker switch woes

Issue: Forward bilge pump aft is cycling intermittently as it should. The panel breaker does not cause the pump to run, and the breaker light doesn't come on either. The 7.5A fuse is new. How can I determine whether the breaker itself is bad?

Solved my issue... forgot to reset the breaker. Everything seems to be working fine. Just gotta remember those little details! [emoji23]
