I elongated the holes with a 5/16” drill bit about a strong 1/16” to the outside edge of the holes. This allows the bracket to align with the existing welded nuts on the ECU. I put the clamp in a vise to hold it.
Both of my clamps were broken,there was no movement in the pump at all. If the new clamps break I will have second thoughts about replacing them unless the pump wasn’t secure.
