Brown Vinyl Trim Near Window Coming Free

I have a 2015 RT 29-s.

There is stitched trim - maybe 2-3" wide along the base of the boat's front windows. The adhesive has given out and the trim has pulled back from the window. Is there any advice on a good (appropriate) adhesive to put it back in place? Any suggestions for 'clamping' or 'blocking' the trim against the window while the adhesive sets?

Ours has done the same, same year/model boat. It’s actually the velcro backing strip that has separated. We used clear gorilla glue and stuffed pool noodles into the gap to hold it in place while the glue cured. Unfortunately, the repair held for only a year or so before it began separating again. Will be interested to hear of any better solutions.

I used 3m double sided tape.
