I am trying to connect the velair app to my account/heat pump and it requires a serial number.

Please forward if you have it and if you have a full build sheet with model and serial number of all/most components that would be great.

Hello,

You will have to unscrew the air intake grille under the dinette table. There will be a sticker on top of the unit that shows the serial number!
