Hi Everyone. My Wife and I are buying a new R27 LE with an expected delivery of May 1st. We're very excited. We have a lot of experience with chartering 38 to 45' sailboat and have owned smaller power boats. We have been reading Tug Nuts for about a year and are impressed both with the quality of the forum and the quality of Ranger Tugs customer support.

How exciting! Welcome. We have owned our R27 for just over a year now. We are very happy with it. I hope you are as pleased with yours.

Welcome and congrats! We bought our new R27 last year after 35 years sailing: our last was a 42 ft cruising ketch. We are STILL very happy with our decision! The boat, dealer, and company, and TugNuts have been beyond first class! We’re doing a 3+ week cruise to Maine this year. Enjoy- the R27 is a blast!

Thanks serendipity. I will probably miss sailing some but I will definitely enjoy having the option to go fast. We have already been very impressed with the people behind Ranger Tugs and are looking forward to trips on the Puget Sound. Enjoy your 3+ week cruise to Maine.

We love our R27 too. Checked off all of our “need to have” boxes and many of the “nice to haves”, in a package that was pretty easy to settle into. Ours has been great - approaching our 1 year anniversary of it!

Grievances are mostly things around the dinghy and a lack of cockpit rails to mount things to. Minorish stuff.
