Hi,

Has anyone put a roof box on a c-26 (with solar panel) for extra storage? If so, what box did you go with?

I added a box to my C-28. I believe that the cabin roof is the same as the C-26. I have added some photos to my Photo Album. It is under Crazy Heart and I created a “Thule” album for these photos. I used the Thule Pulse Alpine 613. It has a lower profile than most cargo boxes. Even at that I think I am losing some of my radar return on that side. I am going to look at raising the radar. Perhaps switch it with the TV dome. Has anyone tried that?
The install was easy but I had to slide one of the cross bars to get a wider spread to fit the Thule. I just redrilled and remounted the rear solor panel attachment brackets to accomplish that move.
The extra storage is nice!
