c-32 steering

Hi. Twice in the last month I get a message on the garmin that steering has been lost. That I could use engine to steer.
This happens when I first turn on all of the DC swithches (2xengines, thruster and dc).
In both cases, I was able to turn off the same switches, wait 30 seconds, and turn them on again.
The boat has 26 hours of total engine time. It is a 2025 model.
Has anybody received a similar message? How can it be prevented?

I received feedback from support:
Must turn ignition switches off prior to shutting off the battery switch.
