Our Webasto furnace quit working. The manual does not show the wiring diagram or mention fuse location.we have looked in the lazarette for the fuse, near the house batteries and behind the mirror in the bathroom. We found a fuse labeled HEATER CRAFT behind the mirror when we pulled it the display on the controller did not go off. The furnace will not fire , no noise at all comes from the heater or the fuel pump. There was an error that said FAILURE TO FIRE BUT WHEN WE DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY CABLES IT DISAPPEARED.
WHERE IS THE CORRECT FUSES?
IS THERE MORE THAN 1 FUSE?
HOW DO YOU RESET OR GET THE FURNACE TO FIRE?

Hi Matchayan,

If you stand in front of the q-berth entry and turn left so you're facing aft, you will see a rectangular panel just to the left (inboard) side of the area right under the electrical panel at the aft end of the q-berth. Look for the screws holding that panel on and remove it. You will see several fuses behind that panel with the Webasto fuse being one of them. This will allow you to reset the unit and see if you get a recurring trouble code. If you do, we can research it from there. Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Ralf

Thankyou I found the fuses they could only be accessed by pulling the battery switch panel forward , they were tucked way up inside with not enough slack wire to pull them out. One of the fuses a 15 amp was blown. Checked the Webasto sight and it says that fuse should be a 20 amp so we replaced it and the furnace works.
