We have a 2013 C28. Our shower bilge pump box only has 1 inlet, the shower drain and one outlet, the pump out to the thru hull.
Our manual/drawing shows the shower drain hose also supposed to be going into this box, . Is there an updated drawing that can be shared showing the actual location of the Aircon drain?

I don't have a drawing but I was just in our shower drain box changing the bilge pump. We have a 2015 C28 so it's close in age and I believe similar. The box has three lines to port, one from the A/C and one from the pump to the discharge port. The shower drain line snakes around from the starboard side and connects into the box through the entrance port where the plastic cage/filter is. The A/C drain line comes down from the port side near the mate's seat.
When I owned my 1995 Cruisers Inc., it had a line for A/C condensation that drained directly into the bilge. I guess it didn't matter much as with that boat my main bilge pump ran on and off for the A/C and now my shower bilge pump runs on and off.
I'm wondering if Fluid Motion used the same setup as Cruisers did in earlier models? You may try posting this question on the Factory forum site.
