3 Potatoes, sliced in 1/4"rounds
3 Carrots, sliced in 1/2" rounds
1 Green Pepper, slivered
1 Yam, sliced in 1/3" rounds

3 Salmon steaks

Broth

1 cup water
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Salt
Ground Pepper
Tabasco or red hot chilli peppers to personal taste (some like it hot!)

Best enjoyed with TugNuts for company
