Based on news reports it seems the USA-Canadian trade wars have hit USA motor boats starting today!
Canadians will pay an additional 10% tax (in addition to their other existing taxes on goods) for both inboard and outboard motor boats built in the USA.
Assume everything in dealer stock is not subject to the new tariff but not really sure.
Also assume this would apply to used boats being imported into Canada from the USA.
Strange times!
