Canvas Snaps

The canvas snap bases attached to glass on my 6 year old R29S are starting to release. Any recommendations on the best way to reattach them? I could replace them, I guess, but possibly a could remove the old adhesive pad and use a new one? If so, is there a recommended product? If not, and I should replace them, where could I source just the plastic male end?
