For safety limit, that’s up to you. Seating caps out around 8 while in motion. 5 at dinning table, captain seat, and 2 outside in the cockpit on the rear bench.
I wouldn’t feel comfortable with more than 10 onboard, even a harbor cruise. Though my record was 14 for a dock ‘party’
