CB Upper Helm Horn

The horn on our 2015 R31-CB works fine from the helm in the cabin.....up top, it has a very weak and barely audible sound - anyone have a clue as to where to start troubleshooting this? Thanks.

I have a similar problem from my upper helm on our CB31 but have not actually checked if it works from the lower station.

Please let me know what you find and I will do the same.

I put in a new Marinco Electric horn about a month ago, and already it sounds like its anemic/underwater. I don't think they like getting wet at all. I have to try it again now that it's a dry day...
