We were once the only Cutwater 28 showing up at the Northwest Ranger events and now there are many. They're great boats, and we enjoyed ours completely !

The sad news is that our Cutwater is on her way to California to make a new family happy.

The good news is that today we closed on an R29, the former Salish Rover (mini edition)

At last year's Memorial Day Fisherman's Terminal cruise we mentioned to Craig and Kathy Wilson that we might might be interested in a 29. They mentioned they might be interested in selling theirs. That started a long quest to find a good home for our Cutwater while Craig and Kathy kept their R29 available for us, exclusively, even though they purchased a Nordhaven in the meantime.

The short story is that we're thrilled to continue to be part of the Cutwater/Ranger community, and we'll continue to get to see all the friends we've made over the last three years. Just don't wait up.....at 8-10 knots we'll be a little later than usual. 😀

Awesome. Congratulations. And, 13 kts at 3200 RPM is really nice cruising,

Cheers,

Bruce & Vicki

Congratulations David and JoAnn!

When it comes to boating, Life is better in the slow lane! You will be amazed at all the new things you will see along the way. It is not always about the destination, it is about the journey along the way.

Hey guys guess you won't be passing us by next time we see you! If you get down towards
Des Moines let us know. It would be fun to see you kids again! You're going to love your 29.

Congratulations, we are so excited that you are the new owners of our R29 Salish Rover, now Seoul Survivor. the CUTEST boat in the world. We know she went to a great home, and I know you will enjoy her as much as we did. Now we can keep up with you and you won't go flying pass us splashing us with your wake. We love the Ranger Family and will miss some of the activities, until we get our next CUTE RANGER TUG an R21. See you on the water.

Hey Dave and JoAnn!

Congrats on your new to you boat. It really doesn't feel like its new because you were always family. I'm sorry to see Craig and Kathy go.

Have fun on your tug!

Congrats, Joanne and Dave!

Yes, a great 29!

I had been looking forward to the gathering at Fisherman's this Memorial Day weekend to see folks in their new boats, but will miss the gathering now since it had to be moved and will be over the 4th. So I will be picturing you in the 29, and know you will enjoy her 😀

I am happy things worked out for you!

Congratulations Dave and Joann, I know you will enjoy Salish Rover. We hope to cross wakes with you guys this summer. Sorry not to be able to make the July 4th gathering at Fisherman's, one of our favorite parties. Are you keeping the name? I follow her on Marine Traffic...nice to know it is you guys out and about.

Craig and Kathy, best wishes to you and your new dream. Hope to have a tour soon.

Herb and Willie,

OK after re-reading I see that Seoul Survivor II went to California. Salish Rover R29 became Seoul Survivor III. Kathy and Craig's NH became Salish Rover II (?). So whose AIS am I seeing on Marine Traffic? The old Salish Rover? or the new Salish Rover? Here we are boatless back in Texas...these things are important for us to know.

Hi Herb,

Maybe I can help, Seoul Survivor ( not II) R-29 is transmitting as Salish Rover and will continue to show on the apps as such until Dave reprograms the AIS 600 with his information. Seoul Survivor is her new name and her new home port is Lake Washington.

Salish Rover (not II) N-43 should start transmitting AIS this coming week, she is moored at Elliott Bay Marina during commissioning and training. You will still see us out and about !!

They will both show up on the AIS apps we use.

Congratulations on Willies Tug R-31 !!!! She looks great !!! And the Bimini---Perfect !! Kathy and I are excited to see you, Willie & Jake soon.

Very Best Regards,

Craig & Kathy
