Changing engine mounts

I am getting ready to replace the engine mounts on our 2012 R27 Ranger Tug
It has the Yanmar 4BY2 180
Looking for any advice
Especially for hoisting

I had the Service Shop do mine (RT 27 2011 4BY) along with other work and the only note or comments they made were trying to find the mounts that would work and that they made up dunnage across the gunnels to lift the engine. I had them install a PPS seal on the shaft so they had the driveshaft loose, and I don't know what else they removed for access, or if they did it on the dry dock or in the second shop in the water? The whole bill was North of $6K, for Bottom Paint, Seal, motor mounts, new 1.2 Liter steering pump, and couple other item.
