Clearwater Transient Marinas

[Alpina]

I’m currently visiting Clearwater in my camper and would like to scout some marinas where I could launch my R29 CB, store my truck trailer and dock the boat for a week. Since I’m down here would like to get a lay of the land for easier planning for my trip down.

Any suggested marinas I should go visit?

Can't give you a specific marina. However, I usually look on active captain. The reviews are pretty accurate. As far as a ramp goes, you can also find ramps on the App. I then will use google maps satellite view to look at ramp, docks etc. Since you are down here, you can then also weed out the good ones and then go take a look.

If you are military, I recommend the MacDill Air Force Base marina in Tampa.

There is a large boat ramp called Seminole boat ramp on the east side of the ICW in Clearwater. Marina there is called Dillion Clearwater Marina. No clue if you can leave your trailer there.
