Removed the radio and unplugged it. When I plugged it back in and put the radio front back on I got power but no display or button usage. Is there a code or method to bring the display Etc. back? I tried the reset button but no go. I checked all the wiring and pins and they seemed alright. I fear I somehow blew a circuit board.

Why did you remove it in the first place? I assume you had an issue? Your symptom sounds like a bad unit. Usually if it won't reset you have to replace the unit. You may want to give fusion tech support a call and see what they advise.
