R-27 (Outboard)
Non-Fluid Motion Model
North Pacific 42(SOLD)
Vessel Name
Rogue
Recently purchased a little coffee gizmo, to try on boat. No power required, easy cleanup, simple to use. It’s called a My Jo, about $20. Uses any of the Keurig pods. Early on with our R27, I removed the factory provided Keurig, didn’t care for it. After that tried an old percolator we had, then onto French press, now the MyJo or a new 32 oz size French press. Have to boil water, we can live with that.

This looks like an AeroPress but uses K-cups instead of grounds. Would save on cleanup a bit!

I use one of these with cheap paper filters. Single cup, but easy to use, clean and nothing to break or fail.

This summer on the boat I migrated to the Clever Coffee Dripper https://a.co/d/0aEtHpt
It's like a hybrid solution between immersion and pour over coffee makers. Cheap, low-tech option, can quickly make a whole thermos of coffee, no coffee grounds mess. Definitely recommend!

First post here. Big fan of the Clever. Especially considering cleanup.

I can vouch for this. It makes excellent coffee, is easy to clean, and requires no power. Just boil water, let it steep, and then release the finished coffee into your mug. I used one of these in my RV for years and want to put it on my boat.

I currently use a Black and Decker Brew N Go, which are not made anymore. Makes one cup at a time. Does not use K-cups, so you can make your coffee as strong as you like. It works fine on my boat's inverter.

Bought this tiny espresso machine. 3 shots, I’m good.
Fits perfectly under shelf.

The only problem I have with Nespresso, is I now have three neighbors who now show up routinely for coffee!

that’s it !
Highly recommend

So true. Had a friend stay with us after her home was damaged here in Florida after Milton...she now wants a Nespresso Machine!

Like what others have shared, I too replaced the Keurig machine since I have been using and buying Nespresso coffee for quite some time. I chose the Nespresso Essenza Mini for its compact size.

And if I wanted a bigger serving and bolder flavour, I use a Vietnamese Phin Filter system. It is small, inexpensive and very easy to use. One only needs hot water and takes me about five minutes to prepare a cup.
