I can’t seem to figure out how to connect the onboard TVs to Starlink Wi-Fi. I thought I should be able to see it as an option when selecting HDMI similarly to using Bluetooth. I assume it is something simple that I’m missing.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Depends on the TV, if it's one of the old majestic models or Jensen Marine then it's not a smart TV and doesn't have Wi-Fi or the ability to natively run apps. Easiest solution is to just plug in a streaming dongle such as a fire stick, roku, Apple TV, etc. and that device is what gets connected to the starlink WiFi and just setup the included remote to control the TV power/volume/input and fully disregard the old tv remote.

I second the recommendation of adding a Roku or similar device. We did it on a “dumb” TV at home and it works like a charm. We did the same on our 2023 R27 and use Starlink.

The suggestion of adding a Roku or Apple TV or Fire Stick is definitely simpler. It may work over WiFi though. Which TV is it? Which boat? Not sure this is what you were suggesting, but you wouldn’t see it by selecting HDMI. You usually have to go into Network Settings, or something like it on the TV.

One reason NOT to use the smart TV functionality even if it is there is security. Many of those systems never receive any updates to their software even when there are significant security problems. I used to work with the Prime TV team and the number of TVs that got our updates were in a low single digit percent even when there were updates that fixed significant security issues. Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV all get regular updates and new features. The smart TVs have gotten better over the years at taking updates, but they’re not great still.

Follow-up, Roku sells a newer stick version with extended WiFi range. We bought two, one for a bedroom TV and one for our 2022 R27OB factory TV. Both work great!
