coolant leak at elbow fitting

I have a 2014 Cutwater 26 with the Volvo D3 engine. There is a slow coolant leak at the brass elbow fitting on the coolant line from the engine to the water heater. This fitting is located near the oil dipstick tube. The leak is from the threaded fitting connection and not from the hose connections. The threaded elbow fitting is tight. Any help in correcting this leak will be greatly appreciated.

You could try and loosen up the hose clamp then tighten the fitting down but best practice would be to remove the hose, remove the fitting and re-seal the fitting ensuring it is tight as well. Hope this helps.
