Obviously you want deep cycle batteries for the house bank. You want starting type battery for the engine. Arguably a starter type battery for the thrusters too since it’s a short duration high amp draw.
One of the highest Cold Cranking Amp AGM starting types batteries is the Odyssey battery that KlaaseyC mentioned. BatteriesPlus sells a AGM battery with identical specifications called the X2Power at a lower price. Others have liked the Red top or Yellow Top battery from Optima as starter tripe batteries.
The C-28 takes a Group 31 sized battery.
I went with one each of the X2Power Group 31T single terminal with 1150 CCA for the engine bank and a Group 31M dual terminal for the thruster bank. The X2Power has a different terminal than the factory supplied Universal Power deep cycle batteries but terminal adapters are readily available if needed.
