Team Tug, has anyone cruised the Sea of Cortez with there tug out of San Diego. I know range is a issue on the pacific side. Or any one planning on a trip south?

If you run a search on here - sea of cortez - you will find a group that was planning on towing their boats to Guaymas in Mexico and crossing from there. From SD we can get to Ensenada but even after refueling there we couldn’t get to Cabo.
Capt Mac did this a number of years ago in his R-27 Classic. He trailered down from the PNW area. You might do a search for Capt Mac (forum name CaptMac)in this forum to see if he left ant tidbits for the Turnout members.
