Crushed Blue Pex Hose

I am conducting my first battery changeout. After removing the house and starter batteries located in the port cockpit locker, I found a crushed blue pex hose; see picture below.

If this is not intentional, I request that the Ranger Tugs Factory take action to resolve this issue. I am the original owner of HIN FMLT2912I718.

That boat was sold to a dealer. You'll need to go through the dealer it was bought through.

Just want to confirm that this hose should not be there; I assume this occurred when the boat was built??
