We recently went on our first "long" excursion (8 days and 7 nights) in the south Puget Sound. We traveled with three other boats. We had two separate problems we were unable to resolve while traveling. In both cases I emailed customer service and each time I received a prompt response with specific information that resolved each issue - one was particularly serious. I am thrilled to be a part of the Ranger family!!!
