My wife and I just bought a 2012 R27 this past week from Wefing's Marine, Inc of East Point, Florida. The service we received before, during and after the sale was exceptional. We took delivery on Friday 7 Nov and Marc Grove did everything to ensure a smooth transition. He came early on Sat morning to go over every detail of the boat. He then took us on an orientation and training course on how to use the various systems to include the thrusters. We did not finish until late afternoon. All in all, a very productive day. The next day we returned with the boat to Destin on the ICW.
In todays world of less than stellar customer service, it is refreshing to find a company and a person that go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. The fact that Marc gave up his Saturday to give us a thorough orientation speaks volumes. His reputation for service has been well documented on TugNuts and deservedly so.
I recommend that any one that is considering buying a boat give Marc a call.
