Hello Tugnuts friends. Still struggling with understanding AC underway. Still confused. I turn the Inverter on and try to run the AC. the AC control panel doesnt even turn on to allow me to engage the pilot house AC. Must I have the Genny on to run AC even if the engine is on?

You must run the generator. Do not use the inverter. Stay under 14 knots or you may go through impellers.

Depending on your load, you may only be able to run one ac. If power shuts down, the breaker reset is on the generator. I power up the microwave so I can see if the breaker is still set. The microwave display will be on. You will need to manage your 110 use. No water heater, cooktop, etc.
