Hi Dmullen,
You can gently grab them by the brass frame and pull down. They are snapped into the headliner with little brass clips. Hope this helps.

I tried to gently pry the fixture down, but the light rim seemed fragile and could bend. Any suggestions on being able to get that out without damaging the fixture? If it is damaged, where can you buy another fixture?
