cutwater 28 2013 cabin heater switch

My cabin heater next to the helm is only working on high at the switch. Looking for a replacement switch for the fan. This is a 3-position switch. Can anyone help me with this?

Pull the switch first - just a pair of Robertson screws - make sure it's not just a couple of blade connectors slipped off.
