Cutwater C28 Transducer Location

I appear to have an issue with the transducer on our 2020 Cutwater. We are not getting depth readings after leaving in storage over the winter. I'm trying to diagnose the issue, but cannot find it. Where is it located?

Right outside the door to the head and at the base of the steps there is a small section of teak and holly flooring. This piece is not secured and is easily lifted. In the compartment under that piece is the shower sump pump and the transducer cup.
You can take the transducer off by twisting the top gently. The cup under the transducer should be absolutely full with pink RV antifreeze. If not full, then fill the cup to the very rim and then reinstall the transducer. Any excess RV antifreeze will spill out as you reinstall the transducer but it drains away quickly.
PS: If your transducer needs to be refilled more than a few times each year you may need to reseal the hull to cup junction with a good Marine sealant.
