We are excited to share the dates for our fun filled weekend cruise to Roche Harbor Marina and Resort on San Jaun Island this summer. We have reserved plenty of slips for a large group on the weekend of July 24-26 and are looking forward to gathering with you all! Roche Harbor is a top cruising destination with it's beautiful resort and spa along with hiking trails, tennis courts, pool area, kayaking, and lots more! You can visit their site at http://www.rocheharbor.com for further information. Other than Roche Harbors standard daily moorage rate of $1.85/Foot, there is no fee to take part in this weekend event. If you'd like to participate in this cruise please reserve your spot by emailing sales@bellinghamyachts.com

I look forward to seeing you out on the water!

Hi Matt, Just Right would like to participate for the weekend - 7/24-26. John and Mary Kalbert 😀

The 2015 Cutwater Cruise is right around the corner and we still have a few spots available! We will be in Roche Harbor from July 24-26th then we'll be departing for our Gulf Island mini-cruise. You can join us for the entire trip or just Roche. There is no charge to participate but please register with Matt ASAP (matt@bellinghamyachts.com) and you will be responsible for paying your own moorage.

We're still finalizing the details but here is a brief outline:

Roche:

On Friday afternoon grab a chair and your favorite cocktail and join us for the appetizer potluck on the dock. Saturday morning we will have coffee and muffins on the dock. We will have a few games and contests during the day or you can take the shuttle bus into Friday Harbor and visit the farmers market. Saturday evening Bellingham Yacht Sales will be hosting a dinner for everyone.

Gulf Island Mini-Cruise:

Our First stop on the cruise is Port of Sidney. Arriving Sunday July 26th and departing Monday July 27th. A group hold has been placed for 15 Cutwaters. Reservations need to be made individually thru the Port of Sidney. The port office can be reached at 250-655-3711 to process your reservation. Please mention that you are with the Cutwater group. Upon arrival at the port of Sidney, we will first clear customs before heading to our slip assignments. Once we are thru customs, you’ll head into the marina and hail the port office a channel 66A for instructions to your slip. This is a great place to provision as there a number of items that you’ll probably need to stock up on due to the limitation on bringing certain food and alcohol thru the border. You can view the approved list of items via the link attached bellow.

Again, let them you’re your with the Cutwater Group. Ganges can be reached at 250-537-5242 for making the reservation. When entering the marina you’ll need to hail the harbor master on 66A for your slip assignment.

Our Third and final stop is Montague Harbour on Galiano Island. We’ll make our way over the morning of Tuesday July 28th to enjoy what Montague has to offer. One of the highlights at this stop is the Pub Bus which takes you up to the Hummingbird Pub and Restaurant for a cold beverage or a delicious bite to eat. Again, you’ll need to call Montague 250-539-5733 to make your slip reservation and let them know your with the Cutwater group. Thank you.

Cutwater 26 "Elan" is looking forward to this get together to meet other Cutwater owners. We plan to cruise Desolation Sound and the Broughtons after the get-to-gether in Roche and Gulf Islands. We done boated these waters on a larger boat but feel our Cutwater 26 sold to us by Matt is up for the adventure. We have taken her out of 4 and 5 days trips to prepare for this trip and she has performed well and our small 10 lb. cat has adjusted to the boat as well. We have allowed two months for the entire trip and hope to meet other Cutwaters along the way. See you at Roche!

This will be our first real cruise in our new C28 "Reminiscing" and we're super excited to meet and get to know a bunch of other cutwater owners! Since the organized cruise ends on Tuesday at Montague Harbour we're making our own extended Cruise. The plan is to leave Montague Wednesday morning and head towards Friday Harbor to re-enter the country then head over to Rosario on Orcas where we have a room booked at the resort for Wednesday & Thursday night. We have our Nexus cards so hopefully we don't have to actually even go into Friday Harbor.' Friday morning we'll make our way back down to our home port of Bremerton. Super excited and can't wait to meet everyone!

Hi all,
I just wanted to thank you all for answering the many questions we had about the Cutwater boats. As prospective owners, we really appreciated your opening up your boats for viewing. And thanks to Matt for the sea trial on the 30 LE. A very nice boat indeed.

Thanks a million to Ronnie Gonzales for all your help and expertise for the Sea Horse and crew. Thank you also Mark Mansfield for having Ronnie check out our boat. Thank you Matt for overseeing it all. Lastly a huge thanks to Bellingham Yachts and Cutwater for the delicious dinners. We very much appreciate every Cutwater owners' helpful information and enjoyed meeting everyone. Sally

Yes... Thanks a million to Matt, Mark, Ronnie, Heather, and everyone else that helped organize this event. It may have been our first cruise but certainly won't be our last... Donna and I had a wonderful time.

Absolutely a GREAT rally! Thanks to Mark and Lynn, Dan, Matt & Heather & Olive, Ronnie and Dean & Donna and all that organized this trip!!
It is always great to meet new friends and get to gether with old ones. A lot of firsts, Ronnie "supervising" packing nut ajustments, Dean and Donna's first fish - which they were happy to clean (with expert assistance from Tonya) and cook and share for at dinner, Dan also caught and shared "water to grill" salmon, a hilarious Humming Bird Pub bus ride - I am still laughing, and who knew Corn-Hole pucks will FLOAT - thanks Ronnie. Looking forward to seeing Steve and Donna's pictures.

Thanks again to all!
Still Smiling
Dave and Sherrie
