To all at fluid motions, you build a wonderful boat that is why I and many otters have purchased and continue to purchase your product. Is it perfect? That depends on your perspective, but compared to the market it raises to the top and continues to out shine your competitors. I will be the first to comment on a flaw in the construction and on the installed equipment that I think is not up to the standards that I would expect on my vessel. I have noticed a increase in FM remarks on the Tugnut web site and a request for personal calls and e mails to take care of problems associated with our boats, but that leaves the rest of us out of the loop! We my have the same problem and not know how to fix! I know that you want to take care of your customers on a personal level but if you are more open and post the fixes, it would help us and eliminate future calls and emails. I know that some have had really bad problems in the past and have caused you to go into damage control mode. But please keep the communications between the factory and owners open as we go forward! Best regards.
And yes I love my Ranger Tug! Bob

Hello Bob,

Thank you for the feedback. We welcome all of our owners to post any resolutions found to their issues that have been discussed over the phone with our factory team. What I have found is when issues are posted, the ones familiar with the problem and resolution will help to chime in. We are VERY busy right now and between emails, tugnuts and calls, we are encouraging anyone that needs immediate attention to first contact us. If you are not expecting a speedy reply, the Tugnuts would be a great place to post.

Best regards,

The forum is great for its intended purpose. I am suprised to see a post requesting FM assistance on an issue that appears in the forum. That definitely would be a direct call to FM especially a warranty item. Then if the solution would be helpful to others it would be great to hear all about it. In fact it might be helpful for FM to post it in a monthly bulletin.

Seems similar to a car. If i have a an issue or repair i call the dealership. I dont post it on the forum. Having said that, i can see direct questions from classic prior owner boats getting more attention in the forum.
