DC panel voltmeter

Hey guys
Question regarding the DC panel voltmeter. I currently have the boat plugged in on the hard. I stopped by to check on things the other day and noticed the dc panel voltmeter reading barely 11 volts. Thought it odd being plugged in. I tested the 2 battery banks with a multi meter and have 12.5 on the house and 12.8 on the engine. The Abso display reads full, if you hit select it shows 13.3 volts. Could it be the meter is failed, if so, does anyone know if the meter part of the panel can be replaced?

Can you test the voltage at the meter to see if it is actually reading correctly?
 
That’d be my next step, not sure what that looks like behind the panel. I’ll remove it tomorrow and see if it’s something I can handle.
 
I have 2019 R23 and it did not come with a DC voltage display other than on the Garmin or Yamaha dislpays. I installed a Victron Smart Shunt so I can monitor DC voltage status using my phone and Victron app or you can wire it to a small display (not Smart). On shore power you are using AC power. I guess you could also have the house battery switch on for DC power use. Plugged into shore power with the battery charger on you should see around 13.2 - 14 volts.
 
Come to find out the meter is reading accurate, well accurate enough. There's a little discrepancy between my multi meter, the Abso display, and the dc voltmeter. I wasn't aware the inverter had to be switched on to charge, I thought I read it didn't need to be on. I've had it off all winter. The solar I added was doing the work of keeping things charged. I'd check it every so often and always assumed everything was fine because the voltmeter was reading over 12. we've had a long stretch of cloudy weather in the northeast, hence the low voltage. Hopefully all set now; after turning the inverter on and checking a few hours later, I'm up over 12 volts. Someone corrects me if I'm wrong and the inverter shouldn't be on? Thanks for the responses

Mine is an Inverter/Charger so I leave mine on.
