My 2025 R27 depth finder is just showing a bunch of dashes on the Garmin screen. From a little research I am assuming my problem could be that the caulking underneath the mounting cup has failed allowing the antifreeze to leak out or the upper O-ring is leaking. Any other ideas?

I would agree with your thoughts. Most leaks seem to be from the sealant not the o ring. I haven't resealed mine yet because it is hard to get to. I just refill the antifreeze every year - seems to work fine
