Detailing in Anacortes

Looking for someone to clean and wax my RT31CB in Anacortes. Week and a half ago Marine Detail Specialists said they would go over and look at boat and give me an estimate. To date - nothing. fNo response to emails, phone or text messages. Boat is currently on a hardstand at Banabelt Boats in Anacortes.

Call Kyle at Royal Yacht Detailing 360-630-6092. He is a bit costly but well worth it. He did a friends 14 y/o boat and it looks like it just left the factory. He is starting mine tomorrow.

I kept my sailboat in Anacortes for years and found all of the local options either very overpriced or deeply unsatisfactory. Was so surprised to find labor quotes from good detailers in Anacortes were 20-40% higher than in Seattle, given that the hourly cost of labor is so much lower.

I ended up paying Splash 'n' Detail (based at Elliott Bay Marina in Seattle) their transportation fee to come up to Anacortes. Was still 30%+ less than the better detailers in Anacortes, and the work was as good -- and much better than the cheaper detailers in Anacortes. I don't know if they will do that during the "busy" season, but I would give them a call and ask while you're getting quotes. Their work is stellar.
