We just purchased a 29s and the main thru-hull is leaking. It appears that it might be a one piece sea strainer thru-hull combo. Is that the case? It is likely that the sea strainer took a hit and transferred the force to the thru-hull.

Is it indeed a one piece unit? When I pull it out and if I find it is damaged, I want to know that part mfg and part number so i can get a replacement.

Can I get it from you ? Do you stock it?

This is most likely the part. https://www.fisheriessupply.com/vetus-denouden-scoop-strainer-bsp-threads. Fisheries Supply usually is the supplier. I am not sure of the diameter for the R-29. They may be able to tell you if you call them. Or someone at Ranger may be able to help you.

The strainer is a one piece setup but the thru hull and other fittings are not. Can you verify which part is leaking? Any way to post a picture on here for us to see?
