We have a C30 on order (projected Sept) and we're told it is a 2022 model. We did a sea trial on a new boat delivered May, so I'm assuming it's a 2021. What is different between model years if anything? Will the interior upholstery stay the same?

You are right in assuming that the boat you seatrialed was possibly a 21, as the 22 model year does not start until July. As for the differences, the best way to ascertain that would be to ask your dealer, as they will have all of the info on what will be available, along with any option choices you may make.
