Dinghy Rack for Dock?

I’ve been having a difficult time sourcing a rack to mount a dinghy vertically (either on its stern or side) over the water in my boats berth. My slip is not long enough to allow the dinghy to remain mounted to the swim platform R29 - I have to find an alternative - Club won’t allow it to remain on the stern (it’s exactly 15 inches too long mounted). Choices are lay it in cockpit or on bow or perhaps between the rails on the swim step but cleanest choice is a proper rack for it.

I can try to make a rack but there must be a modular solution available somewhere.
Anyone know?
