Dinghy Transom Bailer Diaphram

The transom bailer (bilge plug) on my Zodiac dinghy (same as RT factory provided dinghy) is leaking. Source is probably the diaphram. Has anyone replaced this before. I think you just unscrew the fitting inside the dinghy. Can't find any videos or instructions online.

I had a Zodiac with that problem about 5 years ago. Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly what I did to fix it, but I recall taking transom bilge fitting off and apart and adjusting/cleaning it, putting it back together and all was good thereafter. My recollection is there is nothing you can do to hurt it by disassembly (especially since it is already not doing its job correctly).
