It is unbranded. Custom made to FM specs. The hull number prefix is unique and does not match other major manufacturers.
It does seem to use many of the same parts as Zodiac but I’m betting you could say the same thing about the parts being similar to those used in the Highfield dinghy

Do you know what the horsepower rating/recommendation is for the dingy?

We have the 82 pound Zodiac Cadet Alu 270 which is a tad bit bigger than the RT 260 dinghy. The max power rating for our dinghy is 10 HP. We went for lightest weight gas outboard which is the 30 pound Suzuki 2.5 HP and it does just fine with 2 people onboard. At the other extreme is the 9.9 HP Suzuki which weights in at 125 pounds. A popular 10 HP electric weights in at 80 pounds.
It all depends on how fast you want to go and how much weight you want to lift.
