dipstick marking on transmission kmh4a yanmar 4jh4hte.

Silly question on the level marking on the tranny dipstick. Manual says between the 2 dipstick marks for correct level but my dipstick has only 1 mark near the bottom. Is this the marking for correct level of fluid or is it minimum level or maximum?
Yanmar 4jh4 hte kmh4a tranny. If minimum, than how much is correct level to max.? Be nice if they would standardize these things.

The mark you see is the upper limit with the dipstick in place but not screwed in. The lower limit is the dipstick end.
