I know much has been said, but mine are disappearing.
I bought a "grouper" fish from west marine. The instructions say do NOT connect to the negative battery terminal although post herein say to connect to the terminal. Elsewhere I read to connect to the bonding system. What's the correct place to connect the fish?

Secondly, is there a favorite galvanic isolator? Where on a R27 have you installed it?

I would connect the grouper zinc to the bonding ground block under the lift up port side hatch. It is the one that has all of the green wires coming out of it. The galvanic isolator I have used in the past is a Pro Mariner FS30. You can also install that in the same hatch as the bonding block and tie into the shore power ground at that point.

Thank you,

Thanks, but as to location, I've got a generator and there are no available surfaces, nor in the battery compartment and in the engine compartment one seemingly would have to move the macerator pump and hoses. The starboard locker has the charger and inverter, so ??
