A few questions?

So No Discharge Zones refer to sewage. I understand the requirement about tie wrap on the discharge valve.

— Any restrictions on Grey water discharge? Soap etc , shower, sink?
— Where is the discharge valve located on the R29

Thanks

The lever to change the discharge from dock pumpout to overboard discharge on the newer style R29 is located under the bed in the stateroom, on the starboard side. Keep in mind if you move the lever for overboard discharge to move the lever back when you want to use dockside pumpout, or it will not pumpout.

I would even divide the grey water into two categories, one with, and one without soap. Many sheltered marinas have a lower amount of water circulation. I would not want my soap to add to this soup. Washing dishes without soap is ok on your hands with just water. If there are facilities in a marina, use them instead of your boat’s. Let’s be kind to our environment. Think about what you get in next time you need to dive to check your prop

NDZ usually means NO discharge zone, even if there is plenty of marine life crapping into the water. My marina has tons of ducks and geese leaving more than footprints on the docks, lawns and waters. Kinda puts the sign to clean up after your dog in a weird perspective
