I have a Ranger 25sc inboard. I am looking for a good video that explains docking prep, approach and tie off for a first mate with NO experience. It would be good if it explained the basics- assessment of wind, current, attachment of fenders and tie off. They will not be driving the boat but a visualization of what is going to happen to ease tension, (we were all beginners at one point), would be great. Videos are good but only if they address the problem. Not looking for stern approach at this point. Just simple common place docking so as not to intimidate new deck hand. Do you have a favorite that would be helpful? As in most instructions, self containedly meaningful goes a long way. Yes I tried YouTube but full of bad examples despite a well defined search inquiry.
Thanks for any suggestions,
